Blinker noise disapeared. What is that?

Someone help me, my turn signals aren't making the blinker noise anymore. What needs a fixin?

Do they still blink? If so, then kwityerbellyakin over a noise going away! Lol! If they're not blinking anymore, you need a new flasher relay or whatever it's called.
