Does anyone know how to calibrate a torque wrench?

I have a MATCO TRC250F. I have no idea how to calibrate this thing. Any ideas?

I have a craftsman, but isn't it you unlock it, twist the handle to set it to whatever you wanted to torque it to, lock it, then torque it until it clicks? I dunno. No instructions?

At my job we send them out to an independent calibration facility, I can find out the info if you want. I am pretty sure they are local.
