Exclamation Help: Door Lock Actuator Replacement

Hey guys, I am in a little bit of mess right now and need some help. I started the removal of my door panel to replace my door lock actuator. Anyways I got everything replaced and I installed the window back and hooked up all the brackets. I bolted the regulators up to the metal door frame. I tried to roll up the windows and they roll up "very slow" and sometimes it dont roll up at all because it seems like it's got to much pressure on the glass. I have checked and can't figure out what's wrong or putting pressure on it. I take everything back apart and everything rolls up and down fine. Anybody else have this probleM? Any suggestions? Comments? Thanks

when you put the window back in, did it slide into the rubber channels on the sides very smoothly? sometimes the window will slide back in but doesnt drop into the channels and it gets that "stuck" feeling going on as the rubber pushes on it from both sides
