Hi, "Newbie" here & cannot find anything that relates to this. Yesterday-turn ignition off, key out and open door to exit - both front windows lower completely. Happens everytime. Recently changed battery (1 1/2 week ago?), could something be off with electrical? 2004 G35 Sedan. tx 4 any advice since! I'm Laid Off from work & havent found employment yet.

Do u mean - remove door panel on both front doors & reset that way? I'm female here so learning but have been reading alot in Owner's Manual!:

 

Somebody had this problem a month or two ago... can't remember what the solution was.

 

im not sure on when they changed the window motors, but you will either have to remove teh door panels or hold the switch up and down. it all depends on when the car was manufactured.
