I have a 2005 Infiniti G35X with about 107K kilometers which is totally stock except I had a trailer hitch and wired for lights installed in September.
This past week I was on the highway and used my cruise control as I normally do. When I went to change lanes, the cruise deselected as if I put my foot on the brake. The system stayed on with no blinking lights. I tried this many times with the same results. I tried to select cruise with the signal light on and the cruise would not engage and it actually cleared the memory for the RESUME function. The only other action I can think of is had my winter tires installed and the garage told my wife he reset the tire pressure system.

Any suggestions?
