2007 coupe o2 wiring diagram
2007 coupe o2 wiring diagram
Well this is my first post on this forum but I've been lurking around ever since I got my g about a year ago. The information available here has been really helpful and I am hoping someone might be able to help me out.
The problem is I ran over a deer carcass and it detached my rear o2 sensor wires from the connector. Basically the wires were ripped out of the connector. The wires are still crimped and in good shape, I literally just need to plug them back into the connector but that's where the problem is. I am not sure which wire is what. It's has 4 wires and I am not sure what color corresponds to what slot in the connector. Does anyone know which wire would go where? Perhaps a wiring diagram for the stock o2 sensor? Any help would be appreciated. It's a 2007 g coupe. Thanks!

The wiring diag. is available in the service manual, you should be able to get a PDF file online free. If you pulled the wires from the connector the metal tabs that hold the contact ends in the plastic are likley damaged. So if you were to plug the wires back in, they would probably not have the mechanical integrity (vibration resistance, etc.) to be "reliable". I would replace the sensor (new connector included on the new part).
