Humming noise ..

I have a serious problem. I hear a loud humming noise from underneath my g35 coupe 6mt. I took it to the dealership and they diagnose it was the control arm and the bushion. Got it change, 1k . Still making the same noise. If I steer to the right the noise goes away. Steer to the left it loud and the car vibrate a little. Straight you can hear the humming noise too. I thought it was my brakes and rotor , so I change that too. Not it either. Plz help with this aggregated problems. Thanks

Sup bro,
I got it fix.. It my wheel bearing. When I curve to the right it stop, when curve to the left makes it worst. I had to google it. Do my own research. 75% of the pplz on the Internet say it wheel bearing.
I should of been did the research b/c when I brought to the dealership. They say it was my control arm. Wrong!!! 1k to change my control arm. I brought it back the second time. They found out it was my wheel bearing/ hub. My car back to normal now. Thank you for replying.

can't believe the dealership thought it was your control arm, though if that had play in it then it was good to repair it.
