help!!!

I have an 03 g35 twin turbo. I took the dash out to have it recovered because the moron that had the car before me hat cut holes in the dash and put guages in random spots. I also installed a new scavenge pump. I removed some cheap alarm system and connected all of the wires back together properly. Car will not start, pin 119 and 120 on the ecu are not getting power. I am not sure where to check. I found a diagram on this forum that says to check pin 17 or 18 in the ipdm but i am not having much luck identifying the right plug. Can anybody help with this?

so i got it to start and everything is functional. I ran an extra ground to the wire coming of of pin 111 of the ecu. as soon as it is grounded it makes the relay in the ipdm work and pin 119 and 120 get power. This ground will hafta be on a switch and is just a temp fix but it does work.

Since your making it a switch.. might as well hide the switch and use it as a kill switch.

That is what i planned on doing. But now it will start without useing the switch. I dont know if the relay was stuck and just needed a kick in the *** or what.
