Metal Rubbing Noise! Please Help me out~~

Hello G lovers
Im struggling with this metal rubbing sound for more than two months.
I thought the rubbing noise was coming from under the car but I found out today that it was actually coming from the upper left corner of the hood.(pic)

To find out where the noise is coming from, I got out of the car and I pushed the car hard side ways from the driver's side door.
The rubbing noise appeared while i was pushing it really hard.
I kinda knew where it is coming from but i did not know exactly where it is coming from and why it is making the noise.
So I opened the hood up and I tried to look it up closely if something is loose or if there are white marks which can be made by rubbing things.
However, i could not find any perfect clue for it..

The thing that I figured out is that when the hood is opened, the rubbing noise disappear even when I push the car hard from the driver's side door.
Even when I do not close the hood completely, the sound don't come out.
But only when I close the hood all the way down, it comes out again.

I'm guessing something is loose because the noise appears when I drive on uneven roads, when the car shakes.

Help me out ~~ any suggestion?
