check engine: misfire code

hey guys,

quick question. I have modded my engine with a plenum, CAI, exhaust, new spark plugs and such and now on occasion my check engine light comes on and it stores a misfire code...

A. is there something i can do to stop this from happening

B. is there an easy way to remove the code without having to take it to a dealership

... i took it to the dealership because the light came on during a road trip, and they just cleared the code and said becuase you modded your engine thats whats causing it... should i be concerned or is this typical ...

What plugs did you use?
If you have it tuned with Osiris, the software will allow you to turn off the random misfire code (which is probably what you're getting), but still keep the individual cylinder misfire codes active.
