04 g35 coupe getting too hot...

I had this brown material in my radiator, so i flushed it out with water, just bought the car about a month or so ago...Look like some idiot put automatic transmission fluid in it, but besides the point the car ran fine til i flushed the system with water, and let water sit in it for a day while i was driving it to flush it out better, on the way to flush it again, the car got hot on my gauge like 2-3 notches from the H, so i pulled over to let it cool down and drive again and it did it again...

I assumed my stat was dirty due to cleaning all the gunk out...so when i finally got it there flushed it, and put anti freeze back in it, it ran fine from there home, which is about 10 minutes...i get home tried to do the bleed process on a hill. because my heat isnt working still....after that i try to drive it to make sure its fine and its getting too hot again this time it hit the last marker before H

WHAT THE H- E- DOUBLE HOCKEY STICK IS IT....

THANKS FOR ALL HELP AND SUGGESTIONS GIVING

THANKS THANKS

The heat wont work if your coolant system is clogged. It runs off of it. Low coolant can also cause your car to overheat.

The brown stuff could be sealer if someone before you ran it wrong it could have clogged it also.

My mechanic flushed my system, and its not overheating, and i have heat.. lets see if it last longer than a week..

He said if it happens again hes pretty sure my heater core is gonna need to be replaced.
