Please Help!

So last night when I was installing my intake, I decided to remove that lower plastic piece as well. It was nearly impossible to get to and I was losing light so I just used my first responder knife and started cutting it. About thirty seconds into cutting and my fiancé says "watch out for those wires"! I notice I've cut into the thick wires down there and that strand of two wires connecting to it as well.

After taking some much needed deep breathes and finishing my intake, I notice I have the ABS, VDC off and Slip lights on as well as my horn not working!

I know those lights are common with Brahe fluid, pads, MAF, etc but Im thinking mine gave something to do with the wires I cut. Can't seem to locate a wiring diagram of that area nor was I able to get them to go away with the ECU reset. Is there a tool needed to check the horn relay as it wasn't coming out by just pulling it?

Thanks again!

It would have been located under the filter area. It was like a reservoir or something but wasn't being used with my aftermarket intake so I assumed I didn't need it.

The stealership was fortunately able to make the repairs to the wires. They said I cut half way through the lower front harness that caused those lights and my horn to not work. $285 later, lol. That's some pricey soldering but lesson learned the hard way.

OH but you can, lol. And after you cut it out, theres so much more room to remove the bolt. Just watch out for that harness, haha. Lesson definitely learned here! Thanks! Ill try and post a pic lol.

next time, save yourself the trouble and just leave it in there... it wont hurt your new intake for it to be there.
