I replaced the top headlight and still not working. The original part number on the bulb was 85125 and after research it was replaced with 85126. Is there a separate fuse for the passenger side? Is the top light the HID bulb? It's listed as HID when I bought it. So confused

What can I do to troubleshoot power issues? Pull the one from the opposite side and test it? I have already pulled the bumper off twice. Gotta be an easier way.

is the bottom fog light part of the headlight working?
do you have any electrical know-how?
test to see if you have any voltage getting to the light first on the harness.
if not THEN you need a fuse ,if there is power getting to the ballast then you may have a bad ballast .Be sure you have the correct bulb before you condem the ballast.
Oh and BTW be carefull poking around in there. you may get zapped with enough power to litterally crap your pants.
