Auto A/C, radio does not work, no climate/radio controls. help!

Auto A/C, radio does not work, no climate/radio controls. help!
2003 G35 Coupe 6 m/t 76k miles
My air conditioning comes on randomly sometimes and it just does its thing. The whole dash (radio + climate controls) become useless as the a/c comes on full blast and none of the controls work. It happens and goes away (sometimes it is quick, others its stays on for a while). I suspect it is the circuit board as I see other people have a similar problem. The steering wheel controls still work for the radio but all else does not. Here I attached some photos of what my dash looks like when it happens. Anyone know where I can find a good DIY or decent one on how to replace it? I just need an idea and any tips if anyone has some experience. Thanks guys.

yeah I suspect that is the issue. cant find a diy for the circuit board replacement, trying to see if i can find one before i give it a go
and i'm in a middle of selling the car and cannot find a cheap replacement
