Please bear with me. I've searched this topic and I don't think this is a actuator or motor issue. I though I might see if anyone else has this problem.

2004 6MT Sedan

It seems that all these issues happend simultaneously, with no previous warning.

Main drivers door lock and window controls only works for the drivers window only. The door lock switch, passenger window and both rear window controls are dead

The passenger door lock and window control are both dead.

Both rear door window controls are dead,

However, I have no issues locking and unlocking all doors with the remote control.

Any thoughts? When the weather is warmer I'll be able to check the circuits with a multimeter.

Wild guess; assuming your fuses are OK you may have lost a ground connection or one of the wires that run through the driver's door hinge (harness). Those wires move every time you open the door so, like the trunk lid wires they can suffer from fatigue...
