What size bolts for splash guard?

What size bolts for splash guard?
I need to know what size bolts I need to re-secure the splash guard under the engine. some of the bolts are now missing and it's drooping down and slapping against the car when I exceed 63 MPH. If someone knows the size and thread type, or can post a picture w/ reference to a coin (like a quarter or nickel), it would be much appreciated. Thank you

mine has fine thread 1" bolts with a 10mm hex head.
