Need help! 2008 G35x Power Window issue

Proud owner of a 2008 G35x 68,000 miles that was salvaged from a flood.

Here's the issue I'm having, one day randomly my rear passenger side(Rear Right?) decided to go down and stay there.

Now here's what I have done so far. First I assumed it was a faulty motor. So I took both doors apart, removed the motor from the Rear Passenger side, plugged it into the wire harness on the rear drivers side and the motor worked fine.

On to the next step, the switch, here's where I'm having trouble. I plugged the passenger side switch into the drivers side and nothing happened. Plugged the drivers side into the passenger side, window works fine, aside from having to still use the driver side switch in the front to control the window even though its plugged into the passengers side (I guess there programmed specifically?) On to the next step, a new switch. So far I've ordered 2 switched (1 used from a junkyard, 1 brand new from infinitipartsusa.com) both switches when plugged in automatically make the window go down and stay down. Both switches have no response when plugged into the rear driver side. So my question is, Is there some kind of programming procedure needed to make the switch functional? Could it be possible all 3 switches were defective? Or could it be something totally different(body control module)?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
