Ok on the Exterior door handles there are buttons, one on driver side and passage side door handles.. Now these buttons lock and unlock the car doors, passages side door button works, the driver side button does NOT. Can anyone point me the right Direction as far as how to fix this. Thanks!
Here is the appropriate section.

The door locks do not have fuses so the only thing it could possibly be is loose connection, short, or antenna failed.
I guess there is a chance it could just be programming failure. Go on youtube and look up steps to reprogram the remote and try that first.

Man this a one hell of a DIY. The easy part is checking the Intelligent key Module but to check the swith itself is where it gets tricky. I have to everything that has to do with the freaking window, why, because it all attached to the access panel on the dang door! Now I know why infinite charges an arm and a leg to work on their cars... But fear not! I will try to do this on a not so rainy day.
Before you tear the door apart you may want to inspect the wires as they pass through the hinge area of the door. (I think you can pull the rubber cover and get to them without disconnecting everything.) If you think about it, these wires get moved every time you get in and out of the car so it is possible for them to simply give up at some point. Many here have dealt with this problem with the trunk lid harness for the same reason (those get bent even further).
It's hard to tell from the diagram which wire color to look for in that harness but it may be worth inspecting before you start disassembling the door. Did you say I-key? if so, there is also an antenna in the same area so it has wires passing through that same harness.
Beyond that, there is also a way to check the switch circuit from where it connects to the BCM, but that would probably just confirm what you already know - not working.
