So i'm replacing my dead and gone cd changer out from my 2004 sedan to the Metra after market dash kit. As i've noticed, the buttons on the after market one are UGGGGLAAYY. Can the stock AC climate control with plastic buttons and chrome lining be switched with the aftermarket climate control that comes with the Metra kit?? HEYYYLLPPP
