Weird sound from right rear!

Hey guys, I just noticed a strange "clunking" noise coming from the right rear of my car. It only happens during acceleration and its not all the time, mainly notice after I hit bumps. It sounds like a bad CV axle, I dont know if thats a common problem or not. Any help would be great! Thanks.
Info:
04 6mt coupe
120K miles.
Stillen cat back
Invidia test pipes
Stillen cold air and z tube

Had the same problem and it ended up my bushings all around were toast, maybe get under the car and see if there's any play in any arms?
