Replacing service engine soon cluster bulb?

i recently acquired an 05 g coupe and I've noticed all of my indicators work but the service engine soon light. Even while cranking the car and such I've never seen it. I need to have emissions done in Georgia and was wondering if it's as simple as replacing a bulb? Thanks!

I'm not the final answer but I think it is not "simply changing a bulb." The LEDs are soldered onto the board.
