You have a speedometer that is displaying primary as MPH, I think the odometer would be in miles.
In canadia I think the G35 speedo has KMH as the big bold primary numbers and MPH printed in small below them, that odometer would display KM.

Yeah, and it is confirmed by the smaller numbers inside the bigger numbers. With just a glance you can see the conversion ratio at 100.
