I just got my g35 and i noticed that the ignition switch doesn't want to turn all the way back to start. I'm not gonna try to force it because i don't want to break it. the only way I can get the chime to stop is to disconnect the battery. the car is in park and everything else is fine and i have no clue how to fix it. could some dust have gotten in there an locked it up? Please help!

Did you try turning the steering wheel slightly?

@DriftRoundUrMum thanks for the link I'm gonna try some of the stuff on there. I hope it works, I can't leave my car unlocked where I live lol.

No problem brothaman!
I can personally say (Sorry for not mentioning this early btw lolol) that I have had this issue and a couple other shift-into park issues, where it was very difficult to click it into park all the way, and it would feel like it was parked, and even lit up on the dash as parked, but was missing that click that the shift lock thingy makes once engage. At this time there was also slight resistance shifting into any gear.
Problem lasted like a day.5 max, and at one point I just slammed it very hard into park to get the click, and proceeded through each gear slowly just to make sure they were engaging right. Hasn't come back since lol
