Evap Vent Tube warranty extended to 15yr/150K

Just got a letter yesterday from Infiniti Consumer Affairs. The evap vent tube can become clogged and no trouble code thrown. Hard to fill symptom is an indicator. It also says if you had to replace the tube prior to the 15 year, 150k that you will be reimbursed. FYI they are only referring to the tube from the fuel tank to evap canister.
Code is I-EVAP-17 and you can call them 1-800-662-6200 press option 7

So I'm guessing Tech Service Bulletin ITB17-026 "Infiniti; Fuel Tank is Slow or Difficult to Fill" is what applies to the warranty extension.

What kind of symptoms would one watch out for if they had this issue?

I see the "hard to fill" but what exactly is that referring to?

Per the TSB: The fuel tank is slow or difficult to fill (filling nozzle shuts off before tank is full).

Mine does this, but there's also an older TSB (ITB08-041a) for only able to fill tank half-way that involves some kind of valve cover inside the gas tank. There's a very specific "smoke" test for the Evap tube, so requires a trip to the dealer to confirm if the "hard to fill" condition is due to the evap tube, or some other issue.
