Completely depends on the part, some sensors and relays can be had by various parts houses. Wrecking yards also carry OEM, so does eBay

 

If you have time and are patient, and depending on the part, and whether you know the part number, I'm recently very pleased with amayama.com. Get the cheap "no-tracking" Japan-post shipping. They don't have access to everything (recently non-bump clear corners went unavailable, but up until then they were about $60 for the set. New.
