just purchased an 04 g35 coupe. have two new key fobs, new batteries. its not an issue with the fobs. followed reprogramming instructions to the T. nothing happened. no hazards flashed. nothing. not really the biggest car person, learning. tried to find a diagram of the driver fuse box and couldn't. read some things about maybe its the receiver or a fuse. need some more in depth info with diagrams please on what the issue could be. any help is much appreciated because ive already called Nissan and inifiniti dealerships to just get a diagnostic and for that alone Nissan wanted $99 and inifiniti wanted $200. halp

question: so the doors will unlock here and there weakly (the button flips slowly) when using the inside door unlock/lock button. yet it doesn't lock with the inside door panel button. I believe the actuator is going or is bad. if this is the case, would that affect the programming of the key fob. mind you no hazard lights flash when trying to program the fob.

What were your EXACT steps for programming the fob, type them out EXACTLY as you did it.

Update
Hey sorry I didn’t update a couple days ago. I actually got this issue resolved. I followed the steps above to the T and couldn’t get it but my mechanic did the same until the hazards flashed and he got both fobs working. 🤷🏽*♂️ Thank you though for the reply

I suspect you were going too fast, when putting the key into the ignition you need to go FULLY into and FULLY out of the lock cylinder 10 times or until the hazards flash, it doesn't "count" until it sees a complete cycle so you just keep going until it finally flashes, might even take 12-13 or more tries if you aren't doing it right so ignore the count of "7 times into the lock cylinder" that it probably has printed on the instructions.
