Idler tensioner pulley

My car is sweet I love my 08 G35 is fast but I want to make it faster
Idler tensioner pulley
One of the smooth pulleys just fell off while driving down street what do I need to put it back on. I was able to locate the pulley on the road and bought a new one but I don't have the bolt I need to know the size and length and where to get it and I guess there's dustdguards and spacers I need to know everything that I need to know and have to put it back on can you help
