Need help with immobilizer

Posting here because I wasnt sure where to post but my 2006 g35 coupe is no longer starting the car just cranks but wont start... red immobilizer light is solid red while cranking aswell.. but my key fob lock unlock buttons are working which lead me to believe that my bcm is not the issue but rather the transponder chip in my key itself... today I called a locksmith and he came over with a smart pro and tried many many many times to program me a new key with the smart pro and his other bigger more professional one but everytime on both of his machines the car would throw an error "pin code declined by ems" can someone please help me as I have no clue what to do from here...

Plug in another OBD2 scanner and see if you can get it to connect at all.

Even if you are in lockout mode from too many failed attempts to start the vehicle you will still be able to read the error code it's generating. If you cannot connect an OBD2 scanner at all then you may have cooked the ECM.

I have a cheap amazon scan tool I use to read/erase codes and can read most of the codes... I erased the nats code and the lock mode error with my cheap scan tool before but the lock mode error is now only showing with the locksmiths smart pro and other tools not my cheap one anymore

That's a good sign, probably just needs to have the keys matched back to the BCM. Find a different locksmith, the guy that you are using his tool is probably just not compatible with the car.

Or tow the car to Nissan and have them do it.

So the smart pro isn't capable of doing that? Do you know what tools are capable of doing it?

I have no clue but if you were able to connect your OBD2 scanner to the ECM and he was unable to that basically means that his tool was not compatible with the car.

This is actually pretty common amongst locksmiths. Verify with the next guy that he is actually able to program early-mid 2000 Nissan/Infiniti vehicles.

First and foremost you obviously have a dead battery. Charge it fully and try another video. Set the camera on something stable so I can see ALL the instrumentation including the NATS indicator light.

Okay will do that in an hour or so... the battery was just drained from so many attempts at trying to get it going but I'll retake the video while having it hooked up to jumper cables... the car will crank pretty hard and fast just wont turn on.. and the red immobilizer light stays on as u could see in the first video but I will update a newer video soon

Yeah the solid red light while cranking means it's a NATS interlock, typically because it doesn't recognize the key.

I basically just wanted to verify that your tachometer moves while cranking just to rule out other potential issues.

That's the conclusion I've come too however I've had 2 locksmiths now try and reprogram a new transponder for me and neither one had any success the guy with the smart pro said it kept throwing a "pin code declined by ems" error
