Ayo I’m losing my mind about some thing that I thought would be so simple and cheap. But instead has put out of a ride for 6 months and out money so this is what I’m working with let me start from the beginning.
I took a 350z 2003 de engine and bought a 2005 g35 roller I took everything out of the z the ECU or ECM, Wiring harness and motor obv. Hook it all up made sure everything is grounded. Boom all she dose is crank so I put her on a trailer and take her to the dealership. So they try to program a key to it because I thought it was for sure the nats I was convinced that’s what is was. Then they couldn’t get the ecu/ecm to to connect it was saying there was no ecu/ecm in the car. So then I’m really disappointed because I thought for sure that would fix my problem. So I call z1 motor sports and they say well let’s delete the nats and give u a tune and a arc license and I’m like sweet. 800$ plus shipping I pay to get it back to plug it in boom same Fing problem. So I’m stuck I don’t know what to do for the next step so I get a mechanic to come to the house and we figure okay what will do is check everything make sure everything is hooked up right which it was. So I do some research and find out a 350z ecu will not talk to the other modules in the car. So I was pissed I spent that much money for nothing. So I get that mechanic back at the house and we switch the wiring harness to the wiring harness that came with the G 35 2005. I am aware that it is a rev-up. But I’ve talked to many people and seen videos online of people doing the exact swap. So swap I put in the ecu and wiring harness that came with the g35 in. Still nothing it wouldn’t talk to the other modules. And I’m aware of the extra camshaft sensors you can leave them I’m unhooked. Oh and my ob2 port fuse keeps blowing as well. So I’m wondering what my next step is because I thought that would fix it for sure i’ve been found out that the G 35 EC you that came with the car was fraud due to the fact I hooked it up to the O3 350 Z wiring harness previously in the pin outs are different in power went to places that weren’t supposed to have it and it fried it.
so what do I do any one do a rev-up to de swap before?
Should I buy a 2005G 35 ECU that matches the exact numbers as the one that came with the car and take it to Nissan and get it programmed that’s my next best guess but it’s been 6th months a few a grand and I still have the exact problem give me your guys advice please.

To be 100% clear, you're saying you bought a '05 G35 6MT rolling chassis (you mention revup, but there can some confusion), and now you're trying to install a non-revup engine. I know that along with the extra cam sensors + cam retarders, the RevUp also have an oil temp sensor that the DE's don't have. If the ECU doesn't get input from these, its probably a CEL and/or the ECU won't allow the engine to run.
I would reach out to Z1, I'd bet someone over there has some familiarity with this swap. I think their tuners name is Jon, I would try to talk to him if you can. Maybe even ConceptZ.

You cannot take the rev-up ECM and use it with a non-revup engine. That ECM REQUIRES you to have all 4 cam sensor signals or all it will do is crank and not fire. It won't deliver spark/fuel until it has all 4 cam and the 1 crank sensor signal.
People that do a revup to non-rev swap are using a non-rev ECM. Then they use Nissan Datascan 2 to program a new key for the ECM so it can start.
Personally I think you should just buy the correct engine.
The reason the 350Z ECM didn't work is because it won't talk to the BCM. It must have the BCM signal to start because that's how it turns off the NATS/IVIS security interlock.
