looks great Sean! Wish this was before I had a bunch of stuff painted (including PS reservoir)...

Is there any chance of an alternate cap option?

Guys - the cap is shown on the pic of Shawn's engine bay (below the can pics).

I'd like a different option if I were to buy. (no offense)

1. The integrated bracket would easily allow you to mount it anywhere you
it would fit. The footprint is actually smaller than the OEM tank, so that
will help too.
2. I don't think the one they use is custom (please correct me if I'm wrong),
I believe it is a universal tank. It appears that they use a metal tie-strap
to hold it in place on the OEM bracket. It is also much larger. I have
never inspected their tanks in person so I cannot speak of the quality. I
CAN however assure you that you will not find a better quality thank than
what I am offering.
3. The cap in the picture is not plastic, it is black anodized fordged
aluminum. It's quality and ease-of-remove is better but I have chosen
an lower profile, round, polished cap for the production model.

2) So when I see people like caskyline, rookie, marty, etc... that all have the custom polished fluid tanks... This is all straight up custom work, right? Up until now, there wasn't really an easy way to just purchase this type of mod, correct?

3) What type of cap does this tank include? A black plastic one like in your picture or a polished/metal one?

Thanks!

Congrats again for bringing this product to the G community!

Sean, you already know I'm in. Can't wait to get this! The polished cap you chose for the production model looks great.

You are correct, the one that others use for the PS tank is not custom. It doesn't come polished and you have to get it polished.
