meaning dpe has certain specs that are guaranteed to work on your g35 sedan/coupe and be flush with the fender.

if you want to go custom offset and pad height, you can by all means, but dpe isn't responsible for fitment issues (ie need to roll/pull fenders and run neg. camber).

The finishes would have to be standard glossy black, silver, or gunmetal w/ polished lip. Any other customizations would have to be paid at full price.
