if the wheel is forged, don't fix it. live with it.

okay, those i know off the bat you can't fix. they're anodized clear coated. even freddy's can't fix it. plus, he closed already. even the mobile wheel guys here (2nd best on island) can't do it. however, you can send the wheel to mackin and they'll get you another barrel at a fee. the bad thing is the turnaround time is longer than getting another brand new wheel!

the center can be sprayed over, but not recommended much because it's prone to peeling. any body shop can do that.

this is a little off topic but is Freddy's the place that also does the center boring? i was thinking of getting IS300 rims for my truck but they would have to be bored out a litttle to fit. anyone know of a place that does this service? thanks.

It all depends...anodized can be polished but it's a pain in the ***...they will usually charge you more...~$95 per wheel...The rims MUST be at least 2 piece...if they're not 2 pieces, you'll see a 'burn' line...the burn line seperates the anodized finish from the regular finish...it's a faint line...some can live with it, some can't...also, if you polish one anodized rim, usually all 4 need to be done because the finish won't match...Call Todd, he can do anodized rims...

thats why i said live with it. getting it polished looks s.hitty. a lot of my friends went that route and they were pissed.
