Paint shops

Where is a good place to get my SP grill test fitted and painted and installed?

Central Body & Paint

I like Central Body & Paint in Aiea. They've done an awesome job matching my brilliant silver. Only problem is that they tend to be backed up with jobs.

when i got mines, there were no holes. i was impatient so i made em with my pocket knife. they ended up coming out fine, fitment was perfect. if you wanna save some $ i would just drill the holes at home then just go to the shop for paint. you can also sand it at home too. national fender did mine for free while they were painting my fender from an accident.

I dont have any of the tools. I can probably get a drill but im not too keen on sanding. Is there anywhere that can do it considerably fast and soon? I've never actually done fitment but dont they normally just use a weak double sided tape? I dunno. I was hoping it be like reasonably cheap. Maybe like 150-200 for painting? I think I can get my friend to do fitment for me that's why..

for that price, most shops can get it done. try jl, i hear good things but you'll probably have to wait and also spend quite a bit of $$$.
wow, you'll be paying more for paint than the actual grill!

I dunno what kinda money it takes to paint grill lol. I figured body cost about a grand or 2 so maybe grill will be like 100 or 200. It's not like i want it a fancy color. I want it black. like the black g black. I don't know where to get fitment though and I don't know how much that's gonna be..... I just want it fast because I don't want my car to stay at the shop. I was hoping they can do fitment then paint it and I can go back to install it. how much did your guys grills cost for everything?

I'm also looking for a paint shop to paint my face duct inserts and the KurumaZ rear diffuser that's on the way. Have been wondering how much it would cost to paint.

it really depends on how bad the fitment is. if it's really bad, then the bodyshop will charge more. painting it shouldn't be too bad, but again, bootleg copies all have their s.hitty quality. so, it'll take more time to prep it than the real deal. as far as body shops go, you know where i'd go
