Okay gas for the G is very bad. For $60 gets me 225 miles under mild driving but once I get near the 1/4 mark it drops suddenly turning the gas light on when I know theres gas in there? Anyone else got this problem? It only started doing this after I did the recall.

 

I usually go around 330 miles on a tank and fill in around 18+ gallons. I once put in 19.5 gallons. The light seems to come on with around 3 gallons left in the tank.

 

My gas gauge has been acting up lately. Yes it is an issue with others, you should let Infiniti know about it, they might have to change out your fuel sensor.

 

I get about 300 miles per full tank. Which is about 18 gal I believe.

 

My last full fill up lasted me a sad 260 miles, which i feel is horrible for a v6

 

I think the gas mileage is horrible for a v6.!
Mabye when i get some more miles on her
She will get better.!!

same here. as for the guage dropping at a 1/4 tank...every car i have owned has been the same. once it gets to that point, you can almost watch the needle drop.

 

the gas mileage IS horrible... i used to get 300+ miles on my 94 maxima. and that was only a 16 gallon tank where as ours is 20 including reserve. i usually pump w/ 1/4 tank left and get to around 180 miles... pretty damn horrble but i have to stop gunning it and cruising above 4k rpms... LOL

 

I'm still getting 21-23 mpg so far... so I guess I just lucked out or something. 400+ miles for a full tank.

 

Maybe so, but your Max didn't have 280+ hp.

 

over 65,000 miles and I'm the same averaging 23 MPG. Get off the fun pedal possibly?

 

When I used to live in Ewa and drove to and from work in little or no traffic I got good gas mileage in both a 5.7L - 27 mpg and in my 3.8L - 35mpg. After getting a different job same company and driving in moderate traffic both ways mpg went down to 25 mpg in the 3.8. Now living in Waimalu I get about 280 - 300 miles before the light comes on. putting in gas usually around 16 gals in the G.

 

i average 320 per tank, and thats not even passing 2K RPM, really horrible gas mileage....WTF NISSA get on the ball....
