I woke up and I was like wtf... just an earthquake and tried to go back to sleep and hit my head against the bed rail. Pissed me off. then my sister ran out yelling what the hell was that. couldn't sleep after that. My friend called then made a joke about elevators and laughed like hell then I slept the whole day. We got our power back at like 11PM in kahala

Oh and it wasn't that bad in the apartment. the room just shook back and forth. nothing fell. My car however that was on the ground floor moved forward like 4 ft though with my e brake on. That was pretty weird. My building has good shocks lol

^^^It's a non issue unless she's going to the Big Island. Even then unless she's going to be driving from the Kona side to the Hilo side or vice versa it's not too bad since there are alternate roads to travel on.

The radio that day said power first came on around the pearlridge/waimalu area so they might be from there. I think i remember that being around 11. Then i think they said nanakuli but could be wrong, then waianae.

Dunno what's worse...Not having any power or having power, but no cable and internet. The torture!!!
Our power in Mililani came on at about 5:30pm on Sunday, but no cable/internet til I got home from work about 4:00pm Monday.
