came up on someone tonight around 7:20p on H1 just after the stadium turn town bound looked like a DG. It was dropped, rims, and exhaust. First 3 letters of lic. plate was NXY I think. He gunned it just after I caught up, caught up to him again just before the Hickam / Pearl Harbor cutoff. Gave a wave, but couldn't see anything from them due to the tinted windows and being dark out.

 

saw jerm coming out of ewa beach at 2pm blink my lights but no respond.

 

I saw this G today at pearlridge, it looks like Herb has a twin also.
