Leather conditioner

What do you folks use to condition your leather seats? I have a stone interior and have been using the Zaino leather conditioner. The thing is, the leather feels firm (exactly like it did when it was new), but is it supposed to get softer as it gets older? I worry the leather may be just drying out or something, especially from the sun.

Also, is the entire seat leather or is only the middle perforated part leather? Someone told me the sides are vinyl. Ugh!

Thanks guys!

It should be all leather. I use Zaino leather care products because they smell pretty good. Leatherique and Lexol are also good products.

Thanks for your advice! Will try Lexol once my bottle of Zaino runs out.
