try contacting takakaira. some of my friends ordered rims through them, takes about two weeks...maybe a little more - pending customs. a lot of them are happy with the prices they've been quoted.

Also, mainland vendors. often times they have some pretty good deals on what's hot. most of the time, the prices of their items plus shipping comes out cheaper than going through a local shop.
