That's not a civic it's his coupe with a civic emblem. The tires are too wide for it to actually be a civic plus there's no way you can fit a coupe rear on the civic it's too wide however after looking at the size of the brake light on the spoiler compared to the width of the trunk I am starting to believe it's actually a photoshop.

 

To simplify this situation, its a G35 with a civic sticker on the trunk........lol...

 

LOL, of course it not a conversion. its actually my friends civic badge he took off, and gave to me (so long as i put it on my car). of course i'm not leaving it on. it was just for kicks.
