I am driving down Kalakaua this morning, sitting at the light right under those big trees near the old Wave Waikiki. I hear a big thud like something fell onto my car. A piece of one of those pod thingys fell out of the tree and landed on my trunk leaving a nice dent. Son of a ...!!! Anyway, does anyone know of a good dent repair person? You always think its going to be some jackass that dings your car, but you never think of it coming from above. Maybe I should give Mufi a call...

 

dent doctors, paintless dent removers...soemthing like that. i also wanna take a ding out of my pass door. got other stuff to worrry about though.

What is a 'pod thingy' ? I was almost hit by a falling coconut while on vacation in the Seychelles but I don't think that is what you are referring to.

 

It looks like a big orange wedge, but is super hard. Looks like it just fell straight down with the pointed side making a direct hit onto my trunk. It sounded like a coconut landed on my car.

Not much, but additional 5% off using the online coupon. I got a ding removed from my door last year and it came out to about $120. I was happy with their work; dent was completely removed . I asked for Jerry to do the work and the receptionist told me that he usually does most of the work.

 

took my car to dentdoctors today and it came out perfect. cant even tell anything happened to the trunk, not a scratch or anything. Jerry is the man. Thanks for the info everyone.

 

Congrats I've been going to Dent Doctors for years with all my cars they are a really professional family owned business the receptionist are his wife and niece they do good body and paint work too.
