Speaking of tickets I just got one under the H3 bridge in kaneohe. Damn solo bikers just walk right on to the road and tells me to pull over. Then he gives me a ticket for recon which, is no biggie, broke the law gotta pay for it once in awhile. But what really got me was that when I looked more carefully at the ticket he gave me another 70 dollar ticket for having my safety check in the middle of my bumper. Didn't know that was an issue.

Yeah A lot of places wouldnt give me my safety check because my plate is in the middle of my bumper. Supposedly current laws say it has to be to the right of the license plate (and I think there were some other rules as well but I dont really remember). Kind of worried about getting a ticket myself for that center thing as well although I must say this is one law i dont quite understand. Wouldnt they want to see your safety check right next to your license plate so they can take one easy look at both of them instead of having to look off to the bottom right of the car? Anyone know why they have this law?
