As far as the 18th the BBQ is cancelled. I found out I have to go to a funeral that day. So it will be rescheduled for the 25 or sept 1. Both are saturdays. Let me know which day would be best and that will be the day I'll hold it. I'm leaning towards the 25th though.

Anyone know what time the fight starts that day? I think it starts at 430 so if you wanna come earlier and see the fight your welcomed to come. Other then that show up when you can. Probably won't start cooking till 630-7

ah to bad...Well here is the offical menu for the nite. Steak, kalbi, sausage, salmon with lemon, capers and rosemary, pancetta wrapped pork roast, braised pot roast with vegetables, shrimp and sausage gumbo with okra, and salad. For those of you thats coming and you see something thats missing on the menu, feel free to bring whatever although not neccessary. Shoot see you guys tomarrow.
