Options? I booked your car out with everything (Bose, Rear Spoiler, F&R Side Air Bags, Moonroof) and got the following numbers for Private Party Value. Keep in mind that this is with everything so if your car doesn't have Bose, a moonroof etc..., your car will be worth less.

Excellent - $20,920

Good - $19,785

Fair - $18,290

Considering that you stated the vehicle has scratches on both bumpers and a few dings here and there you can automatically forget about listing your vehicle as "Excellent." How you figured that $20k is "way below KBB value" as you put it is beyond me. From what little info you've provided, your car would most likely fall in the Fair to Good range. Pictures would help. Any curb rash on the rims?

Oh and this so called "60k mile warranty" you speak of...You didn't mention the word "extended" anywhere so I assume this is the factory 4 year/60k mile warranty you're referring to, which is fine when looking at it from a mileage standpoint (60k-36k = 24k miles left), but this car is an '04 and it's 2008. The warranty is more than likely almost up buddy, unless the car was purchased as a leftover '04 after the '05s had already arrived.
