I don't think so. From what I understand if you pass recon with some mods then you shouldn't get cited for those mods. But if you pass recon then add more mods and get pulled over, then you can get cited for those other mods that you added after you got recon. I'm just saying from what I've heard so don't take my word for it

 

I was scared ****less the other day. I was waiting for my mom at the airport in the cell phone waiting lot. Of course i see sheriff's drive by. Eventually one came in and parked next to me. I got pretty damn scared. Rolled his windows down and starting just talking sotry and asking questions about the car. But then he was cool my mom called then i was on my way. Thats one things sheriff's are ***'s in the airport area. But that one was cool.
