motor question

i just took out my JWT pop charger and put in an injen CAI it was installed by sonics. however 2 days in a row i've been gliding down the pali in netural and once i go through the second tunnel my engine dies. my electrical and everything stays on however my power stearing and my break peddle lock up. thats 2 days in a row same place, same weather, same time. the first time i did it i questioned that maybe the chip was just reconfiguring itself but... 2 days in a row idk whats up.

any imput would be appricated. might call sonics back and see if they know whats up or i might put back in the pop charger...

never had this problem before. car only has 26k miles on it.

Reset your ECU and do the learning sequences as well.

also just in case the reset doesnt fix the problem it sounds like they didnt hook up the breather hose underneath the intake pipe. it would cause the maf to read incorrectly and car to shut off. also would reduce intake pressure causing the brake system to have no vaccum.
