I'd laugh if you paid $600 for something like the Sun Auto Hyper Voltage System...

 

It's made by SUN auto I believe and is on that cyberEVO from japan. The one that broke the record at tsukuba circuit a few years back. I know they also make a grounding wires kit. I did try the grounding kit a few years back when I had my eclipse. If it helped I really can't say since I did drop in a built motor and bigger turbo at the sametime. only thing I can think of that might really help would be ignition amplifier such as the HKS DLII. but 600 is a lot. especially if its the sun auto version.
