Yes you can bring your own food. However, we are hoping that everyone will also consider getting the food through Mitsuken as planned only because then it will defray the costs for everyone right down the line as a purchase in bulk. Also the charge of $7.00 will also be used to cover the expenses for the tents, some of the prizes, and other operational expenses to be open about the cost break down.

I am sure that as all of the clubs start to pull in, each club will allow spaces for the other clubs. We are all slowly getting to know each other and can respect each and each others clubs as well. In other words, yes we will have a spot and we will make room for the other clubs as well.

 

I will be turning in the money for all of the lunches by Wednesday. Besides the people that e-mailed me, is there any other last minute entries??

 

Once again to bump this thread up a little, dont forget the picnic this coming Sunday @ Oahu Central Park @ 11:00AM. It will be an ALL Nissan Clubs event. Games and prizes will be in effect as well as dumb stupid moments, so bring those cameras.

See everyone there.

My bad,....didnt proof read. The stated time of 10:00 is correct. At the same time,...we are somewhat assuming everyone is going to arrive Hawaiian time, thus making it,.....oh about 10:30-11 ish.

But yes, the original time of 10:00 is the correct time.
