anyone want to jump in on this?

little extra bling for under the hood. the dipstick cover is 30 bucks and gas cap cover is 40. gas cap snaps on over existing one. i know, kinda pricey these items but i say ah what the hell. i was gonna order just the dipstick cover for myself but figure if anyone wants to split the shipping then thats cool too. if we get several people then shipping should be several bucks each. let me know

I'm going to have to agree with nghiars on this one.

If they were complete, lightweight replacements I'd say they're OK, but as covers, I just can't see justification.

If you want shiny just for shiny's sake, aluminum foil is cheap.

i know this aint for everyone, and i knew i would get some comments as these. which is fine. i can see if these were 5-10 bucks then im sure people would jump on it especially for those who like "polished" accessories.

so since i like shiny, maybe i should use aluminum foil for everything then from now on huh?

You can wrap anything in aluminum foil! Plus, you can claim it as heat insulation if anyone rags on it.
