those with recon...how you passed!?!?

well ive been forced to get recon for my car. ive set a date and im getting alignment right now. my mods are coilovers, intake, exhaust, mrev mani, and 5/16" spacer. i went to the alignment place and had to raise my car cause it was way too low to get it to stock specs. so i raised the car and brought it back and he said he still couldnt get it to specs and suggested a camber kit. so ive been looking around and found this...

http://www.autocarparts.com/part/1676/131/

do you guys suggest this is a good deal or is there a better one. with this kit i get front camber adjustment and rear camber and toe adjustment, is this all i need to get the alignment close or back to specs?? also if you gusy have anyother suggestions on camber kits lmk, thanks!

also for the recon question...what should i expect?? i know there going to bounce my car and see if it has 2" play 1" up and 1" down. and measure center of my headlight. anything i should worry about thanks!

blegh, dont go with Kinetix, do a search on them. SPC makes a good rear adjustable kit, and allows for more factory toe adjustment. front adjustables, you can look to 350Evo, Stillen, or SPL.

Preferably, you can go with all SPL stuff.

Go with SPL. I can't recommend kinetix rear toe arms to anyone due to first hand experience. Had a set and the part where the rear toe bolt bolt to the frame completely sheered off. Ask Bruddahman Matt he was there to see the aftermath. If I decided to go to the freeway instead of my apartments I probably would have totalled my car. Switched to SPL and no complants so far.

Btw How do recon ppl bounce the car? Can just dial
my front dampers to the softest settings? Swapping back to stock struts for annual safety check is just crazy.

why are you going for recon? Are you doing it for legitimacy?

There are a couple different guys there basically u dont want the guy wit da cowboy hat...might as well turn around and go home haha Those guys dont know anything anyway they fail people for SAI angles which is NON adjustable so every car cant get recon technically. If u want u can ask the alignment tech to print out sayin ur in spec. I have seen that many times and have them align ur car "best can"
