best place to get brake pads

Just like the title states. I need both front and rear pads for my G.

Best bet would probably be online. Vendors on here are always looking to give you deals. Just gotta find the right one.

I was hoping to try and pick one up locally today so I can change out my rears. They started squeaking and it bothers me like no other

do the pads still have meat? could just be that it needs to be greased

they still have some meat on them, is there a special type of grease for our brakes, probably not but just checking

If you still have the OEM brake pads they're prone to squeaking because they're metallic. most metallic compounds will squeak. take your wheel off and look through the caliper and see from there.

but if you just want to change your pads for the hell of it and have cleaner wheels (factory pads make crazy brake dust) you have find semi metallic and ceramic compounds. You can check with online vendors, most are cheaper than mainstream local vendors like Rons. Try giving the local speed shops a call too, like MunkyWurks and Sonics.
